This course will cover the technical needs for carrying out SMART body and paint repairs and will also provide the essential knowledge for repairing a wide range of vehicles.
What will YOU learn?
By undertaking this course you will learn how to carry out all aspects of smart repair. You will learn simple dent removal techniques, you will learn how to mix and apply body filler to damaged panels, understand the different types of abrasives and the correct method of use, the preperation of filler to accept paint, And paint application.
4 DAY SMART REPAIR TRAINING

Introduction
This course will offer you basic knowledge of the motor vehicle refinishing areas that are involved in today's industry. From basic preparation to applying metallic colours and clear coats. You will be able to improve your skills with masking techniques, colour matching and alloy wheel refurbishment, that will help you to achieve professional results. Our state of the art mixing scheme allows you to match 20-30,000 different automotive colours using modern equipment and weighing technology. We offer all the requirements for you to gain the knowledge you need to achieve results to industry standard.

Introduction
This course will provide knowledge of the repair and refinish of vehicle alloy wheels. Wheel repair is the fastest growing area of the automotive repair industry. Our course at Flawless smart Repair comes with complete training and knowledge of tinters, paint swatches and consumables required to mix hundreds of different colours required for mixing and matching. Included in the course learning colour ID, scuff removal, sanding, priming, basecoat application, laquer and final finish techniques.
